Lively straw yellow, bright transparent.
The scent is intense, delicate white floral notes, then a ripe fruit, and if apple and pear persist at cool temperatures, at higher temperatures, the fruit becomes exotic and ripe. Savory finish.
The flavor is fresh, with almost imperceptible acidity, balanced by a marked minerality and final flavor, where the floral notes mix with the fruit giving a harmonious drink.

Recommended with well-structured first courses, white meats, shellfish, legumes and vegetables.
