Since 1984 the hill area of Denomination of Origin (DOC ) for the production of San Colombano and the company adheres very beginning as a founding member of the Consortium.
This hill (the hill of Milan) is the only reality wine of the Province of Milan, where he still found the traditions that accompany new technologies for the revival of the agricultural land.

Our DOC wine
The production of DOC (Denomination of Controlled Origin) is divided into red and white.
For reds, mostly Croatina, Barbera and Uva Rara, the grapes are carefully measured and mixed to extrapolate the scents and tastes of our hill.
So 'like the white carefully choose the grapes of Chardonnay, Pinot Noir and Riesling, both in the vineyard during harvest.
These stages are followed by a meticulous workmanship cellar and bottle aging.
